Smart Seal is the latest and most advanced water based sealer available. It incorporates the latest international technology. It is very simple to use and is suitable for most types of tiles. Smart Seal will out perform any other water based sealer available for ease of application, protection offered and cost effectiveness. Smart Seal is the most cost effective sealer for the following reasons: shortest down time - wash and seal in a few hours (not days). Impregnating sealer - does not change the surface characteristics. Smart Seal is a breathable sealer. That means that it will not fail on application to slightly damp areas. Smart Seal dries quickly and cures quicker than all other un-accelerated water based sealers. Smart Seal may be used as added stain protection over other decorative water based sealers. Paving Sealer is a special and uniquely formulated sealer designed to seal all types of paving (clay & concrete). Paving Sealer is a penetrating water based sealer that uses the best properties of silicones and acrylics to protect the paver from most stains. Paving Sealer penetrates the paver and therefore maintains the anti-slip and natural properties of the paver. Paving Sealer is D.I.Y. friendly. Paving Sealer may be used for interior and exterior applications and is UV stable. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Invisible Sealer is an invisible clear silicone sealer that will maintain the natural look of the tile. Invisible Sealer may be used LOW POROSITY tiles only (e.g. low porosity terracotta, granite, marble and porcelain), and will repel water and most oils. Invisible Sealer is suitable for interior and exterior applications. Invisible Sealer penetrates into the tile and therefore maintains the anti-slip factors of the tile. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Easy Seal is a special and uniquely formulated sealer designed to seal most types of porous tiles. Easy Seal is a penetrating water based sealer that uses the best properties of silicones and acrylics to protect the tile from most stains. With Easy Seal you may wash and seal your tiles on the same day provided the tile has dried sufficiently to allow the sealer to penetrate. Easy Seal is D.I.Y. friendly. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Stone Coat is a durable twin pack urethane sealer with extra stain resistance. Stone Coat penetrates and bonds with the tile thereby strengthening and protecting the tile from wear and tear and stains. Stone Coat is an excellent sealer for cement floors. Stone Coat is suitable for medium to high porosity tiles eg. imported terracotta, sandstone/cement etc. Stone Coat enhances the natural colour of the tile and dries to gloss/sheen finish. Stone Coat may be used interior and exterior. Available in 5L.

Grout Seal is a specially formulated sealer for sealing and protecting grout that is porous. In cases where glazed tiles have been applied to the floor, very often the grout has not been made waterproof and therefore the grout is porous and will get dirty from regular cleaning. Grout Seal is designed to seal floor grout mainly but may be used on wall grout. By sealing the grout you help to make the area more hygienic. Available in 1L packs only

Natural Stone Sealer is a tried and tested solvent based sealer system for natural stone and cement tiles. It is very simple to use and is suitable for most types of natural porous tiles. Natural Stone Sealer's refined non-yellowing resin formula, is designed, for ease of application, protection offered and cost effectiveness. Natural Stone Sealer is both an impregnating and surface sealer so its colour enhances the tile and provides a beautiful sheen finish. Natural Stone Sealer is a breathable sealer. That means it may be applied to areas that have a slight hydrostatic pressure problem. Natural Stone Sealer dries quickly and cures quicker than most other un-accelerated sealers. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, and 25L.

HP Sealer is a durable twin pack urethane sealer with extra stain resistance. HP Sealer has been thickened to make it suitable for very porous substrates. HP Sealer penetrates and bonds with the tile thereby strengthening, sealing and protecting the tile from wear and tear. HP Sealer is suitable for low to medium porosity tiles (e.g. terracotta, slate, marble, granite, porcelain). HP Sealer enhances the natural colour of the tile and dries to matt/sheen finish; (a gloss may be achieved by over coating with Maxi Shine – interior only). HP Sealer may be used interior and exterior. Available in 1L and 5L packs

Deep Seal is a durable twin pack urethane sealer with extra stain resistance. Deep Seal penetrates and bonds with the tile thereby strengthening, sealing and protecting the tile from wear and tear. Deep Seal is suitable for low to medium porosity tiles (e.g. terracotta, slate, marble, granite, porcelain). Deep Seal enhances the natural colour of the tile and dries to matt/sheen finish; a gloss may be achieved by over coating with Maxi Shine – interior only. Deep Seal may be used for interior and exterior applications. Available in 1L and 5L packs

Shower Sealer is a clear solvent based treatment specially designed to seal the grout and cement on the inside of a shower. This prevents moisture traveling into the wall and causing damp wall problems. Shower Sealer prevents the grout from collecting dirt and mildew, resulting in a more hygienic environment. Shower Sealer will not damage the tiles or result in any colour change to the grout, tile and cement. Shower Sealer is safe to use on all types of tiles. One container is generally enough to seal a standard size shower. Simply aim and spray into the grout lines and wipe off any excess with a dry cloth.
Counter Top Sealer is a quick and easy spray application designed to seal low pososity natural stone tops. This prevents spillages like acid and oils from causing stains. Counter Top Sealer creates a more hygienic surface as it blocks the pores that could host bacteria. Counter Top Sealer will not result in any colour or aesthetic change to the counter top. One container should seal approximately 5m2 of counter top. May be used on granite, marble, travertine, porcelain, limestone and sandstone. Available in 400ml only. Shower Sealer (SHS) Counter Top Sealer (CTS).

Quick Clean is an economical, hygienic and neutral cleaner for frequent tile cleaning. Quick Clean is easy and safe to use and is streak free. Quick Clean contains no harmful chemicals and is biodegradable. Quick Clean will not attack or break down sealers or polishes. Quick Clean may be used on any tile and hard surface including sealed surfaces. Quick Clean has a pleasant fragrance and is extremely economical to use due to the dilution rate. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Easy Clean is a powerful alkaline degreaser and neutralizer. Easy Clean must be diluted as instructed for general cleaning purposes. Easy Clean is specially formulated to cost effectively clean surfaces that have been soiled with oils, greases and general grime. Easy Clean is free from ammonia and phosphates and is non-abrasive. Easy Clean is also used to neutralize surfaces after they have been washed with acids. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, 200L.

Grout Off is a special blend of acids and detergents specifically formulated to remove grout and mortar residues from porous and non-porous surfaces. Unlike conventional hazardous acids, Grout Off is designed for safety when cleaning. Grout Off contains inhibitors to prevent fumes from attacking metal components associated with buildings. Grout Off powerful formula makes it cost effective when diluted. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Grout Renu is a specially formulated chemical to clean old and dirty grout. Grout Renu is a blend of detergents, acids and thickeners that allow the product to cling to walls and floors thereby giving the chemical time to purge dirt from the grout. The original colour of the grout will be restored. It is recommended that the grout be sealed with Grout Seal once it is clean. Available in 1L packs only.

TFC Purge is a specially formulated liquid paste designed to purge dirt and spots from polished porcelain floors. Purge has the ability to release stubborn dirt such as rubber mallet marks, pencil marks and scuff marks from the minute capillaries in polished porcelain. Purge must be used to spot clean before the general clean that is necessary as preparation for sealing. Purge may also be used to remove tough wax coatings that are applied to some polished porcelain during manufacture. Purge is safe and easy to use. Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, and 25L.

Mould Buster is a specially formulated chemical to clean and kill mould in areas such as showers, kitchens, ceilings, walls, roofs etc. Mould Buster is easy to use; simply spray on to the effected area and leave. Scrubbing and rinsing is only required in areas of severe mould growth. Mould Buster will prevent the re-growth of mould. Good quality paint and sealers may be applied after Mould Buster has removed the stains. Mould Buster may be used on any colour fast material. Mould Buster may be diluted for use on large areas, however when diluted it will take proportionally longer to work. Available in 750ml, 5L and 25L.

Dirt Buster is a powerfully formulated all purpose cleaner with a pleasant citrus fragrance. Dirt Buster may be diluted for use over large areas. Dirt Buster is safe to use of any surface, even granite and marble countertops. Dirt Buster is non-acidic and non-abrasive. Dirt Buster is formulated using bacterial agents that kill bacteria whilst cleaning. Dirt Buster cleans anything. Dirt Buster is ozone friendly and biodegradabel. Uses: Kitchens, showers, walls, floors, appliances, braais, cars, bikes, boats, motors, all types of general dirt. Available in 750ml and 5L.
